HOT DAMMMMNNNNNN!!! If you’ve ever thought about stepping into the world of boudoir photography, you HAVE to do it with Sheer Photography! The idea had been on my mind for years, thanks to my best friend who had her own boudoir session done at Sheer a few years ago. However, back then, I hesitated due to a lack of means and my own self-confidence.
Yet, life has a way of circling back. My friend had a second session with Sheer and I got to be there for her reveal. Seeing her confidence grow again and knowing she finally was able to see herself the way everyone else sees her, really made me want that feeling too. The timing just felt right for me, despite my lingering doubts. With her unwavering support, I took the plunge and immediately booked my own session for just a week away! EEK! I’m a last minute kinda girl and I didn’t want to have time to over-think it.
From the very beginning, Jen and Brian were super professional and had a very warm welcoming presence about them. They are experts in capturing the essence of each individual, coupled with a knack for putting clients at ease, immediately dissolved any apprehensions I had. I’m a hair & makeup artist myself, so it was very tough for me to give up control in that area, but Jen's skillful touch with makeup was a welcome reprieve and really added to the whole experience of the day.
